Here is what the Leg Pillow is made of, and what each part does for you.

Why the hole matters

The central opening improves airflow between the legs, reducing heat build-up and letting the knees rest naturally without pressure. This small but important feature sets the Leg PWAH® apart from conventional, solid knee pillows.

Stays in place

An elasticated strap keeps the pillow comfortably in position throughout the night, even for active sleepers — so you keep consistent hip alignment and uninterrupted support.

Your choice of filling

The standard filling is our odourless, hypoallergenic coil fibre — a resilient, breathable material spun in Yorkshire on machinery dating back to 1952. It stays cooler than memory foam and holds its loft night after night. Also available with British wool, ideal for hot or humid climates thanks to its natural temperature regulation. It is denser than coil fibre, so it makes a noticeably firmer pillow.

The case & the details

The pillowcase is 100% organic cotton sateen, OEKO-TEX® certified — soft and breathable against the legs. Adjust firmness and height with the integrated YKK® zip. Measures 40 × 15 × 15 cm.
